PA Bear,
After communicating with Mr. Stebner, It turns out that my Windows Installer
was missing and needed to be reinstalled and once that was done, I was able
to reinstall Net Framework 2.0 and then continue with the needed updates at
the Microsoft update site. Thank you very much for your patience in working
with me to resolve this issue!
