If you are talking about moving entries in the Start Menu, the above is
nonsense. Entries in the Start Menu are simply shortcuts to the real
executables. You can arrange the Start Menu as you wish. Here's a link
which shows how to organize the Start Menu (Classic and Default) in Vista:
