Windows Security Pop up while sending email
I manually configured the email provided by my web host using Windows Mail.
It was working properly until recently this week, it cannot send any emails
anymore.
I DID NOT CHANGE anything in the configuration. Everytime I send emails, it
keeps on prompting me Windows Security asking for the Username & Password.

I typed my username & password correctly BUT it keeps on prompting me the
same pop up. The username & password I entered are all correct. Sometimes it
gives me this error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'Suruga
Admin', Server: 'srv6.890m.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Here's a screenshot of my problem:

I already ask for customer support of my web host, but they checked the
email and it's working properly. I asked for another customer support in HP &
they told me that I need to re-create the email accounts which I did, still
it's not working.

Posting here is the last help I can think of, hope anyone can help me
out....Thanks.
