This just one more example of Trends support not knowing their product top to
bottom.
Installing trend will AUTOMATICALLY turn off the windows firewall & windows
defender, AND remove any incompatible virus programs.
Though I have to bite my lip on this, I'm running the trial of their 39.95
version. And just decided to switch over to the Pro trial. Saw some things that
might make it worth an $80.00 a year subscription, and it wouldn't install with
the other trial still installed, and didn't offer to uninstall, just to
upgrade. Asked for a serial number I don't have.
