Thanks for the response. I used the framework registration correction tool.
I used the clwireg-x86.exe download. It said that most users have 32 bit
version, so that is why I used this one. I downloaded and installed it
successfully. However, the same problem persisted. So, I went to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917283
I downloaded the windows installer 3.1.
The same problem persists.
Any other ideas?
