Thankyou.
I think you made a mistake with the registry key names. I found romainian
key at HKLM\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\Control\MUI\UILanguages. I deleted the keys
related to romanian and so now I only have en-US key in the 3 locations
mentioned.
I then try installing SP1 and got same error as before, so I assume this is
due to reboot being required. I will reboot and then report back here with
the outcome...
