Hello, troubled users.

Using Windows Mail with Vista, I cannot:

Send or receive email regularly.
View my email folders, though I know they have lots of mail in them.
Delete any of the items in my 'Deleted Mail' folder.

Does anyone have solutions for these problems? Please, Microsoft -- this is
unforgivable.
