Hi Jen,

The problem I was referring to is an incorrect message that appears on some
systems in the Problems Reports and Solutions applet in the Control Panel.
It's not an error message that appears when installing software, nor does it
prevent a user from installing and running software in a Vista system.

Specifically what error message are you seeing and what version of Vista are
you installing the software in? As you mentioned that it is an enterprise
version, have you tried opening a trouble ticket with your IT area?
