Re: Error solution says Norton/Symantec
Open your C: drive, and then open Program Files.
Look for a Norton or Symantec folder.

If you find them, you can't delete the folder in 1 hit; you have to delete
file by file, as a couple won't delete.
But, you remove enough to get rid of error messages.
