\\Server is not accessible -- not mapping network paths -- PLEASE HELP
Ok, I bit the bullet and joined the VISTA world. snapshot for you:

Running a multiple environment network with 2003 active directory and user profiles

approximately 75 users all running windows xp pro

server is running 2003 r2 w/ service pack 2 Standard edition

we have multiple folders we are pushing out via login scripts.

Issue:

I are testing out vista business for the upgrade now that sp1 is due out. we purchased a new dell machine running windows vista 32 bit and a new hp machine running windows vista business 64 bit.

We can join the domain no problem and can download email off the exchange server, view all the other computers in the network, and their shares on both new vista machines. However, we have none of our mapped folders showing up that all the xp machines get when logged in, as well as when we browse to the network, and see the servers , they are there, but trying to connect to them results in the following:

\\Servername is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The parameter is incorrect.

I am certain this is an easy issue, but after quite a while of searching have found no resolution.

Please help this vista noob out.

Thank you in advance.
