Then go look at the Screensavers and Power tab like I suggested and check.
Otherwise, you're going to need that knowledgeable friend or professional
computer tech to come over and see what you're doing.

Sorry I was unable to help you but my mental powers don't include
long-distance viewing. Gracious knows I wish they did.
