Are those your typos made while transcribing something you are seeing
or are you really getting such a message? It is generally best to copy
and paste messages so we can see exactly what messages you are
seeing. Remember, your words have to substitute for what our eyes
might notice.

Error code 5 usually means Access denied. Typically it is a symptom of a
permissions error but it could also be a symptom of a previous error code
within the same incident.
One of the hints that you should have drawn from the list of previous attempts
to help people with this code is that whoever you get to help you is going to need
