I bought this PC (e-machines 3.00GHz dual-core processor, 1 gig ram, Vista
Home Premium) brand new at Walmart on sale for $600 in September. It was
fine until I installed SP1.

At any rate, it's no longer a problem. I just re-booted and it went away,
don't ask why. Microsoft softeware is allways a mystery and a
challenge........
