Hi,

No, you're misinterpreting the response, reading it backwards as it were.
The MUI doesn't enable or add speech, it enables a change of the base OS
language. If the base OS language is changed by the addition of an MUI to a
language that is supported by the speech recognition engine then it will
work in that supported language.
