If you open Word, create a new document, then go to save it, doesn't the
'Save As' dialog always open to the folder you told Word to keep your
documents in?

Does this happen for all file types or a particular file type? I don't have
Outlook 2007 installed under Vista yet, so I don't know if there are any
options in Outlook that control this. If it's a particular file type, it's
most likely governed by an 'EditFlags' value in the registry. More info

Prevents the "Never ask me" check box from being enabled. The user can
override this attribute through the File Type dialog box.
