but doesn't help neighter.
i go to control panel, system, click on tasks: Device Manager and receive: c:\Windows\system32\devmgmt.msc
the file does not have a program associated with it.....
when i double click it in explorer, it opens correctly. when i right click on it open with, it reads microsoft management console...
the trouble is somewhere else...
