Please can anyone help.

Recently upgraded and am experiencing 3 problems since..
1. Media Centre will not see TV Tuner (Hauppauge PVR 150).. Tried follwoing
instructions from Hauppauge, yet HCWClean will not fully work and before I
have a chance to reinsatll updated drivers vista auto updates frivers on
bootup

2. CTMBHA.DLL will not load... Got update form creative yet still no joy

3. SONIC DISTRIBUTERS is has a compatability issue which I cannot resolve..
