If your Notebook came with Windows Ultimate Edition installed you can
switch language by downloading the language pack from the listed
available Updates.
If the Laptop has Home or Home Premium or Business Edition then you
are fixed to the language you bought the product in BUT you may be
able to change some of the UI with a LIP file.
The facility to fully switch languages (MUI) is a function of Ultimate
and Enterprise Editions only.
