During my holidays in Italy, I've purchased a good value for money notebook
with preinstalled Vista and MS Works and many other SW. All of the SW is in
Italian. Is there any possibillity to change the language to English so I'll
understand what does SW want from me?

I'd only like to change it on Vista and on MS Works. I did find the language
files on the internet, but there is no option to do it in Clock and language
settings (according to the manuals on Microsoft Home page it should be).

How and what to do?
