I'm going to try to remove KB929916 & KB935807, since these two upgrades also
showed up on 7/12/2007 which apparently precipitated this problem....?
I'll let you know....I wonder if the order in which uninstalling upgrades
matter....?
I have Norton 360 as my AV app and Vista Home premium....
