Dear Richard,

Tried all the suggestions and the directions exactly. Ran CCleaner, too,
through all routines. I validated WGA under administrator privileges, but
all to NO AVAIL. Problem remains as before. System passes Vista
verification, and then fails on Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. The
only thing that I haven't yet done is to install RedHat or Ubuntu. PLEASE
HELP!
