Likewise, I have the DSP-500 USB on x64 RTM. THe only issue I had was
that it kept muting (microphone), then I found that Vista had
automagically ticked the mute box when it first installed the driver.
Since then (two months) it has been fine with Skype.
Admittedly, a different product to the OP, but probably not a far cry
from it.
