Have you updated your video card drivers? This is a biggie. Also, you might
go to the directory where FS2004.exe is located, right click it, go to
properties, then Compatibility. I haven't had any issues, but you might try
running it in XP SP2 compatibility mode.

Let us know if this doesn't work or if you are still having problems.
