What is the make and model of your router? There are some routers (notably
apple) that don't allow direct access via the URL. That being said, you say
you CAN connect via the url using XP, but you CANNOT connecti via the URL
using Vista. Yet, in all other respects, the Vista machine has full
connectivity?
