I went into Microsoft help and support with a problem I had with an error
message in security. Since I have only had my PC 2 months I expected to get
free email support.
When I applied for it, it said to type the product ID number. I presumed it
meant the product id of my PC (20 figure number) which I did, but I then got
the message "The product number you entered is not valid......". I have tried
this several times without success. Can anyone give any suggestions or help?
