Re: Recycle bin
Try this:
Right click on the desktop and click "Personalize" on the context menu.
On the left hand frame click "Change desktop icons". Now click on Recycle Bin (full) and click the "Restore Default" button. Do the same for Recycle Bin (empty).
If this doesn't fix the problem them go back in and change the icons to different icons, apply the change and then change them back. This should reset everything.
