Hal,
I checked the PC (which isn't currently connected to the Internet and can't
be used for sending emails) and I hadn't setup Outlook. I did have the IMAP
service setup in Outlook Express, so I must have been able to send HTML with
Word 2000 and Outlook Express 6.0.
Who knows?
