Malke, I have done that with CD-R disc, and i used that burn program you
told me about and fallowed

how to burn a ISO file,

then i put it in my computer and restart, i press F8 then repair
computer, then put the layout of my keyboard, then i get sceen.. startup
repair / System restore / Windows Complete PC restore / Windows memory
diagnostic tool / Command prompt

i press system restore

Then window pops up..
Restore system files and settings

(red ring with white X in center): No restore points have been created
on your computer's system disk. To create a restore point open system
protection.

System restore can help fix promblems that mgiht be making your
computer run slowly or stop responding
System restore does not affect any of your documents, pictures or other
personal data.
