My computer (WINXP SP3) did it's auto update thing last night and this
morning I was unable to open IE 7. So I uninstalled updates dated 6/10/2009
though Add and Remove Programs and still no IE7. Tried several reboots as
well. Messneger and Outlook work fine. Tried to do System Restore but that
module also will not open and the management console shut down when I was
trying to read error messages the same way. Tried this both in regular boot
and in safe mode but could not access IE or System Restore in either.
Help!!
