Ok, will do. WinXP SP2 32-bit, IE7 I was unable to apply SP3 because it
blue-screened my computer in both Normal and Safe modes. Had to do Repair
Reinstall of Windows to save my files, then re-install IE7 before I could get
online again.

The behavior is very intermittent. It might repeat the same day or take
several weeks to happen again. After I restart IE, go to the same page and
save as .mht it works every time so far.

Will read this, but again it's a very intermittent problem.

Intermittent. Cannot reproduce problem at will.

Yes. I keep patches updated ongoing except for SP3 which blue-screened my
computer as explained above.
