Are you running regsvr32 from an elevated command prompt? If not, please do
so.
Start>Search>type: cmd
When cmd appears in Results above, right-click it and choose "Run as
administrator".
This will give you an elevated command prompt. Navigate to C
\Windows\System32 (if you're not already there) by doing
cd C:\Windows\System32 [enter]
and type at the prompt:
regsvr32 yacscom.dll [enter]
You should get a messagebox saying it was successful. Close out of the
command prompt.
