1. Right click on an open space of your desktop
2. Click Personalize
3. click Change desktop icons
4. checkmark the box in front of Recycle Bin.
5. Click OK.
That's it. If the bin does not show full when you have deleted something, or it does not show empty when it should, post the problem in this forum.
