I have a Roxio Creator DE. I have a Dell computer with Vista Home Premium.
The computer is not slow. The device managers shows the drives are working
ok. I have no problem playing cds. First of all I don't know why a disk has
to be formated as it never had to be on Windows XP.
Talking to Dell is like going to India and they ask the same questions over
and over.
Of course getting any kind of answer from Microsoft is imposible.
Somewhere a while back in one of the discussion groups someone had a similar
problem but don't know where I read it so I don't know if they found an
answer.
I was hoping some else had encountered the same problem and had it figured
out
