In order to have a .swf file open in IE7 when you click on a link that leads
directly to the .swf file on the Internet(as in the example you've posted),
you must have Local Machine Lockdown enabled. To enable Local Machine
Lockdown, you must remove the checkmark in the following:
"Tools||Internet Options||Advanced||Security||Allow active content to run in
files on My Computer"
