......which is how I ended up here after creating an email support request
and being answered with a standard response to check the forums and the
person was unable to help with a technical problem. Only other option was to
pay to phone the support line.
Was kinda hoping that the email tech support would be able to do what it
says on the tin but apparently not.
Seems like a pretty common issue. I'm guessing the reason noone's been able
to come up with a solution so far is that doing a repair install or something
turns out to be quicker and less pain free than actually getting hold of
anyone in Microsoft support to resolve the issue.
