I am seeing Account: 'pop.central.cox.net' as your account information and
this would not be the true account on the computer. It would normally be
the email address that Cox has provided you with. You have a setup issue
with your account name somewhere in the Account properties. Since I haven't
got Windows Mail currently available I can't walk you through it but IIRC it
is similar to OE in XP. So lets see how close it is: Open the Account
properties and look at the full email address under the User information and
it should be xxxxx.central.cox.net where the xxxx is the name they gave you
as your email address. Under your outgoing mail server it should also have
your email address along with your password. Again, unfortunately I don't
have Windows mail available so you may have to look for them.
pop.central.cox.net is not a valid email account name however. That would
be the pop address for receiving emails.
