OK, after re-reading this thread, this was not what you were looking for,
but still a good tip, right? I'm not sure if what you want to do can be
accomplished, but I just add a shortcut to Notepad to my Send To folder. 1
right click and one left click and the deed is done. You can also use the
keyboard, but it requires 3 keystrokes to get the job done.

Of course, if it's a text or .ini file, or some other file type associated
with Notepad, highlighting the file and pressing 'Enter' will do the job.
Or, you could associate other file types with Notepad if you feel that it's
important enough to do so.
